Pre-loved and new: clothing in all ages and sizes, footwear in all sizes, bedding sets and towels.
Brand new only: For hygiene reasons we are only able to accept underwear, socks and tights if they are brand new.
New/nearly new: Duvets and pillows (at selected donation points only) need to be in very good unstained condition to provide straight to our clients. Very gently worn or new bras.
The quality rule we work to:
If we wouldn’t feel comfortable to wear it ourselves or gift it to a family member or friend it is not suitable for our clients. We strive to provide a dignified experience, browsing through high-quality clothing. Each of these experiences begins with your generous donations, thank you for your support.
A few important notes:
We are not able to accept, books, toys, bric-a-brac or household goods.
If you arrive to a full donation bank we apologise for the inconvenience and ask that you please take donations away with you, please check our pinned Facebook post at: Collections for the most up to date information including when our donation banks will next be emptied.
Please ensure your donations are in bags, ideally sturdy bags for life if possible as our clients can then use these to collect the clothing they choose from our Clothing Centre.
Bags left by the donation banks are classed as fly tipped, our donation banks are monitored at each of the sites.
Thank you in advance for your donation.

£10 — A gift of comfort and confidence
“£10 can place a full outfit into the hands of someone who has almost nothing left. It’s not just clothing — it’s self worth, it’s the ability to walk into an appointment, a classroom or a shelter feeling seen and supported.”
£25 — A lifeline for a family in crisis
“Your £25 provides essential clothing for families when they need it most. Your gift becomes warmth, inclusion and a moment of relief for a family who don’t have basic clothing.”
£50 — A powerful act of hope
