We received great news today! Ian, Sharewear volunteer for the last 18 months, has been given a full-time job! Ian, then long-term unemployed, joined us as a volunteer in February 2016 through the charity which was then supporting him — Hope into Action. Ian’s support from them ended later that year, but volunteering with us continued to  provide him with the confidence and skills needed to help him secure a job. “I am so grateful for all the support, belief and friendship the team at Sharewear have given me,” says Ian. “You never let me stop believing that I would get back into work — and I have!”  We are so pleased to have been able to play such a big part in helping Ian to return to employment and continue to rebuild his life.
