The first December Friday saw us clothing three families, in particular providing lots of bedding. So the month began with ten people being clothed. In addition to this, enough clothes and shoes were collated for 12 men using a winter shelter based at the Thomas Helwys Baptist Church in Lenton for five weeks over Christmas and  New Year. Christ the King students worked with a volunteer to put together another thirteen packs of clothes, ready for outreach deliveries between now and Christmas.  A very busy time ahead! Now to get ready for a fundraising evening being held for Sharewear in Newark tonight! Phew! More news to follow….
